Our aim is to continue to ensure that the letting proceeds
positively for the Tenant and, consequently, is beneficial
to the Landlord. We have built up a support unit of
fully qualified, tried and trusted plumbers, electricians,
carpenters, builders, solicitors, accountants and mortgage
advisors to call upon when required, all of whom contribute
to the quality of service we offer.
Moreover, we have arranged and overseen many major
building-works and thus have the expertise and experience
to fully decorate and furnish a property speedily, efficiently
and at a reasonable cost to the Landlord if so required.
